OAZA by definition means a peaceful place or situation. We seek opportunities that bring us closer to living a lifestyle that promotes peace for our loved ones and our neighbors. Each letter in OAZA represents the first letter of each member of the family that chartered this company in March of 2020. 2020 was a year of uncertainty. We launched this business in the middle of a pandemic. We stepped out on faith and strategically accomplished all of our acquisition goals. We are inspired by our team of mentors and supportive network of colleagues that seek to enhance communities and improve the quality of housing for the residents that they serve. In everything that we do, love and family is the force that propels it all.
The Property that started it all....
AirBnB is were it all began for us. Before we started acquiring properties that would serve long-term tenants, we offered short-term and vacation rentals through AirBnB. It was an easy way for us to get our feet wet and introduced to the real estate world. It was hard work but it was a rewarding experience. We enjoyed interacting with our guests and their families while creating a special place that they could call home away from their home.
We still have a few short-term rentals, but have recently shifted our focus to serving long-term residents.
Celebrating a late honeymoon, we enjoyed a beautiful week in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. While vacationing here we were presented with an opportunity to purchase a condo rental at the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Resort. This is our very long-distance short-term rental that we can manage through AirBnB and Vrbo. From these platforms we can satisfy our guests with VIP services, provide amazing views and discounts on local experiences.
